Refund Policy
If your spot or order item(s) becomes unavailable after being approved for a credential,
we will send you an email and update your account details as needed. If you are no longer able to attend,
after already receiving a credential and/or placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we
can re-assign your spot and update your account details as needed.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order,
please do so before the credentialing window closes.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not receive a credential, we will notify
you and you will not be charged for the orders you requested.
No payment will be requested or processed. If we are no
longer able to process your order item(s), we will send you an email and you will not be charged for the item(s).
Return Policy
If your order equipment malfunctions or is not working due to no fault of your own, please contact us
so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
